Your will receive an email confirmation that we are in receipt of your application along with your unique Wait List ID#. Please contact the Child Care Centre directly if you do not receive confirmation within 1 week.

Families may contact the Centre at any time to check the status of their application by using their ID#.

There is no fee to be on our Wait List.

We encourage families to arrange a tour of the program with the Director. Tours are by appointment only.

We would appreciate if families could kindly email or call the centre with any changes they would like to make to their application. Such changes may include change of program, address, preferred start date or to remove their child from the list.

Families will be contacted with at least one month notice when a space becomes available. Our intake is generally in July and September of each year. Families are contacted around March of each year to complete the enrollment process for the upcoming summer or school year.

Wait List Application prioritization:

Tier 1– Siblings of Children currently enrolled in the program

Tier 2– Children with an address in the catchment area of Ledbury Park E&MS

Tier 3– Children with an address outside the catchment area of Ledbury Park E&MS

**Children enrolled in our Preschool program who live outside the catchment of Ledbury Park Elementary and Middle School will be able to register in the Kindergarten program at Ledbury E&MS  providing they continue full week enrollment with the Childcare each year in the before and / or after care program until grade 6. Verification of before &/or after school childcare enrollment is confirmed each fall by the main school office (TDSB).
